Product used: Zomato

Cool Features

  1. Separate sections for Dining , Delivery , wallet and offers- Gives more clarity

2. Offers, option for Veg , Non-veg and all other details of restaurant.

3. Categorization of cuisines.

4. Delivery instructions

5. Option to change delivery location after order is placed, select/unselect the cutlery option and cooking instructions

Possible Improvements ( App version as of Aug 2022)

  1. Instead of going to chat and selecting orders, there should be an option to get customer support in orders section (Makes it easier for user)

2. No messaging option for communicating with delivery person- We must go through the Zomato customer exec to communicate or call them.

3. Add instamart(like swiggy does) kind of option to Zomato.

4. Add call option for restaurant while displaying the menu.

5. Compensate customer automatically if delivery time goes beyond SLA ( Add a feature for guaranteed delivery within x minutes, if Zomato breaches that then 5% of money to get refunded)
